For international orders, any custom duties/additional taxes in destination countries, are directly payable by the customer only.
- Delivery/Order: Orders are dispatched usually within 7 working days from the date of order placement(until mentioned otherwise for pre-orders/made-to-order). Shipping may sometimes be subject to circumstantial details with our shipping partners. An inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer may cause order delays/loss, for which SpringOrigin shall not be held responsible.
If the order is not dispatched within 15 working days, customers may choose to cancel the order for a full refund directly to their bank account (not applicable to pre-orders/custom orders), or in the form of credit points to shop on our website. For cancellations, kindly send us an email at hellospringorigin@gmail.com, mentioning your order number and your particulars related to the respective order. For help regarding delays in custom orders, please contact us directly through email or our Instagram page @springorigin - Damage product: In case of receipt of wrong/damaged product, products may be valid for exchange with the same product only. The customers must inform SpringOrigin about the same within 3 days of receiving the order, by sharing the order/invoice number, along with relevant pictures at hellospringorigin@gmail.com.
- Refund/Exchange: In case of any other dissatisfaction with the product (not valid for pre-orders/made-to-order), the customer must inform us at hellospringorigin@gmail.com within 7 working days of order receipt. The customers may opt for exchange/refund in the form of store credits only, which is valid for a period of 180 days only. Any taxes/shipping charges/duties shall not be refunded in the store credits. Store credits cannot be credited to bank account, and they can be used for purchases on our exclusive website/store only.
- Kindly note that all forms of exchange/returns of the product is subject to screening, review and approval by SpringOrigin. The products shall only be considered for exchange/refund, if delivered back to us in original condition, along with all the original intact tags and packaging etc. The products should match the original quality and quantity parameters and should not be washed, worn, and/or damaged/spoilt in any way.
- The return shipping/customs expenses shall be borne by the customer only. SpringOrigin is not liable to bear any loss/damage of products in return transit sent through the customer. Any products purchased on discount shall not be eligible for exchange/refund (excluding cases of wrong/damaged product, which can be exchanged with the same product only).Notice: SpringOrigin may contact you or provide you with service-related and/or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, or general site.
- All terms & conditions / any other information mentioned on the website is valid for shopping with the SpringOrigin website/ exclusive stores only. The same
